Colour	Description
Green	Green is used to depict the tea, the various farms and plantations across Kenya.
Brown	Brown represents the color of the rich tea Kenya produces.
Black	Black is a default color though it also represents the black people of Kenya

Synopsis:

This logo has been designed with the notion that the Kenya Tea Board is looking for a concept to refine in order to ultimately come up with a logo that fully depicts the mission and role of the organization in the tea industry.
Consideration has been given to the role that the Tea Board plays in the Kenyan Tea Industry. The culmination of these elements and colors brings sense to the three words in the slogan ‘tea, people, prosperity’.

Background

The background is the outline of the geographic shape of the republic of Kenya. This makes it clear that the organization is based and operates from within Kenya.

Road

This element reflects the journey to prosperity the board ensures for all its stakeholders. It suggests that TBK will work closely with everyone involved in tea production.

Leaf

The leaf represents the main aspect of the logo and of the organization as a whole which is tea.

Face

The face represents the people of the republic of Kenya. This element of the logo appeals to tea farmers, researchers, traders, consumers as well as the common Kenyan who benefits from the exploitation of tea indirectly.
