Protecting The Pride

 

The idea behind the logo was lifted from the Kenyan seal as well as the core functions of the Anti counterfeit agency ACA. Great consideration was given to the aspect that the agency was created to safeguard the nation from counterfeit goods that can be harmful to users.

The lion is a symbol of strength and pride, characteristics which are integral for the success of the agencies activities.

The choice of color is a mixture of red and yellow to create a warm orange which denotes energy warmth and the sun as well as changing seasons. The Agency has been set up to bring about a positive change , this change has been translated into the color orange.

The tagline -The image of the Lion ties neatly with the tagline ‘’Protecting the Pride’’. The agency has been set up to protect the Pride of Kenya as well as the pride which is Kenya. This clever use of words brings a double complementary meaning to the logo.
